When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Helix and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Tours may be cancelled at short notice due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case we will offer an alternative date for your booking or a full refund if already paid.

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations by customers.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Parking and accessibility

Coach and car parking is provided at The Kelpies Car Park within The Helix.

Car parking can be limited on busy days, so please allow enough time for parking before your tour and wherever possible reduce the amount of vehicles you are bringing to the site.

There are 2 wheelchairs available for use free of charge for the tour and will be used at your own risk. Please be aware that the wheelchairs provided require help to push along. If you would like to reserve a wheelchair for your tour please inform us at the time of booking.

Please be aware that the tour requires walking and covers approximately 0.4km in total with frequent stops. The tour route and entrance to The Kelpie is fully accessible.

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted on the tour unless they are assistance dogs.

Arrival

Please dress according to the weather conditions as the tour is outdoors. Please make yourself known at the Visitor Centre Reception desk. Tours start from the Visitor Centre.
